Supporting Adolescent Mental Health

HydroEQ’s Donation to the Lionheart Foundation and Attendance at Youth Power Hour

Growing up can be tough. It can be hard to navigate all the information, expectations and images we are exposed to, all while trying to figure out who we are and what we want to be. Having someone available to help navigate this challenging time can be invaluable. It is for this reason that we are happy to support the Lionheart Foundation in their mission to provide access to quality mental health care to children and adolescents who may not otherwise be able to access it.

Our donation to the Lionheart Foundation and our attendance at their recent Youth Power Hour event reflect our commitment to our purpose (to make a difference), and to positively influence the communities in which we work and live. Mental health is, in our opinion, just as important as physical health, although it does not tend to get near as much attention and focus.

We had the pleasure of sharing Youth Power Hour with some of our friends, and appreciated having them there with us. Thanks to each of you for making the time in your busy schedules. Much appreciated.
